Abstract: An ice maker includes an ice maker housing, an ice mold, an ice chute, and an ice stop. The ice mold is mounted to the ice maker to receive a fluid from which an ice piece is formed when the ice maker is used. The ice chute is mounted below the ice mold to receive the ice piece when the ice piece is formed. The ice chute slopes downward from a first edge to a second edge. The ice stop is formed of a sheet of material mounted to extend in a vertical direction. The ice stop is mounted a distance from the second edge of the ice chute such that, when the ice piece exits from the second edge of the ice chute, the ice piece strikes the ice stop.

Abstract: A controller is provided to operate a glass heater mounted in a door of an oven to heat glass mounted to the door that provides a view into the oven cavity. (A) An indicator of an oven cavity temperature value or an oven temperature setpoint value is received. The oven cavity temperature value indicates a current temperature in an oven cavity, and the oven temperature setpoint value indicates a temperature set point. (B) A voltage value or a current value is determined based on the oven cavity temperature value or the oven temperature setpoint value. (C) The determined voltage value or the determined current value is provided to operate the glass heater. (D) (A) through (C) are repeated until the oven is switched to an off-state or the oven cavity temperature value is greater than or equal to the oven temperature setpoint value.

Abstract: An adjustable shelf support includes a fastener, a stationary support, and a slidable support. The stationary support includes a first body, a first aperture formed through the first body, and a first plurality of ledges that protrude outward away from the first body. The slidable support includes a second body, a second aperture formed through the second body, and a second plurality of ledges that protrude outward away from the second body. A ledge of the second plurality of ledges is positioned on a ledge of the first plurality of ledges. The fastener is inserted through the second aperture and the first aperture to further mount the slidable support to the stationary support.

Abstract: A drawer includes a drawer base mounted to a housing, a drawer, and a bottom tray. The drawer slides relative to the drawer base and includes a front wall and a receptacle that includes a bottom wall with a front edge and a back edge. The front edge is mounted to the front wall. The bottom wall forms a first funnel that slopes downward from the front edge to the back edge. The bottom tray is mounted to the drawer base below the receptacle not to slide relative to the drawer base. The bottom tray includes a tray wall and a drain aperture wall. The tray wall includes a front edge and a back edge and forms a second funnel that slopes downward from the front edge to the back edge. The drain aperture wall is mounted to the tray wall at a lowest elevation of the second funnel.
