    Abstract: A system and associated method is provided for supporting a submerged structure on an underwater floor. The system incorporates an inflatable container, a submergible supply of a settable composition and a submergible transfer system operable to transfer the settable composition from the supply to the container. The system is arranged so that the supply is subjected to a hydrostatic pressure in the order of that acting on the inflatable container.
