Abstract: An adjustable mount usable with backpack having a rear wall and shoulder straps has a base plate attached to the rear wall of the backpack, a cover on the base plate and forming therewith a housing, guide rails in the housing on the base plate and extending in an adjustment direction, and a slide in the housing and movable along the guide rails in the direction between end positions. A support plate outside the housing is attached to the shoulder straps and connected through the cover with the base plate for joint movement therewith in the direction. A control element coupled to the slide is movable between a locking position arresting the slide on the base plate and a release position allowing the slide to move steplessly in the direction on the rails relative to the base plate. The control element is accessible by a wearer of the backpack.
Abstract: A lock device for a waste receiving device, and a waste receiving device having such a lock device, where the lock device includes an upper lock part to be fastened on a cover of the waste receiving device and a lower lock part to be fastened on a container of the waste receiving device. The upper lock part has an upper lock part housing, a locking mechanism and a first locking element. The lower lock part has a lower lock part housing and a second locking element. The second locking element is pivotable about a swivel axis between a blocking position and a release position, whereby in the blocking position the second locking element cooperates with the first locking element in such a way that the cover is blocked.
Abstract: A telescopic handle for a piece of luggage has telescoping inner and outer tubes. A rod fixed on the outer tube has a toothed lower end, a toothed upper end spaced above the toothed lower end, and an untoothed sliding section between the upper and lower ends. The outer end of the inner tube carries a grip and the outer tube is fixed in the piece of luggage. A handle on the grip can be actuated to shift a locking element in the inner tube between a locking position engaging the upper or lower end of the rod of the outer tube and preventing relative movement of the inner and outer tubes and a freeing position permitting such movement.

Abstract: A swivel caster (1) for suitcases, items of luggage, transport containers or the like has at least one wheel (8) which is rotatably received about an axis of rotation (14), and a steering axle (6) which is arranged approximately at a right angle to the axis of rotation (14) of the at least one wheel (8) and about which the at least one wheel (8) can be steered. The aim of the invention is to reduce the transmission of vibrations, running noises and jolts and bumps onto the suitcase, the item of luggage, the transport container or the like. The swivel caster (1) comprises an elastic damping element (7) which is mounted between the wheel (8) of the swivel caster (1) and a fastening element (3) of the swivel caster (1) on the suitcase side.
