Abstract: Provided is an power and communications network convergence system including wireless base stations, and DC grid groups, each grid group belonging to a cell. Each grid in the grid group has a DC line to which devices including a power generator and a power-storage are connected, and performs, based on state-information on each device, first control for reducing power fluctuations in the line. A first grid belonging to a cell performs, based on state-information on each grid, second control for interchanging power with a second grid belonging to the cell. If a power situation of a first grid group belonging to a first cell and a power-situation of a second grid group belonging to a second cell satisfy a preset condition, the first grid group performs third control for interchanging power with the second grid group.

Abstract: It is very useful for a bank having offices in a plurality of countries to construct a system that enables bank employees in the offices to share information possessed by the offices. None of conventional systems available to the bank employees in all the offices allow appropriate access control to be performed while complying with laws and regulations that vary among the countries, thus enabling appropriate information to be disclosed to appropriate persons. A system, a method, and a program are provided that allow bank employees in a plurality of countries to access shared information in accordance with the roles & responsibilities of the bank employees while complying with laws and regulations in each country.

A backup condition testing means tests predefined backup conditions to determine whether to make a backup, when an electronic wallet device communicates with any other device to transfer monetary data. When the backup condition testing means has determined to make a backup, a backup data sending means sends a predetermined set of backup data collected from the electronic wallet device. A backup data management means receives the backup data from the backup data sending means and saves the received data into its backup database. In this way, the proposed system automatically saves backup data of the electronic wallet device when any backup condition is met. This mechanism permits the customer to have an alternative electronic wallet device to be promptly issued when his/her electronic wallet device is lost.
