    Abstract: A wireless communication base station apparatus which is able to prevent deterioration in the throughput of LTE terminals even when LTE terminals and LTE+ terminals coexist. In order to allow the eNB to distinguish whether the received scheduling request is for allocating resources for transmitting data over the direct link channel or over the eNB, UE may send along with the scheduling information also identification information associated to the scheduling information.
