  • Patent number: 5099732
Abstract: Disclosed herein is a sheet cutting apparatus suitable for use in pre-cutting off an edge portion of a sheet of a large area. The apparatus comprises a sheet transfer mechanism; a first rotating shaft rotated through the torque of a motor; a turnable frame attached angularly movably along a circular orbit to the first rotating shaft; a second rotating shaft supported rotatably by the turnable frame so as to extend in a radial direction of the circular orbit of the turnable frame and meshed with the first rotating shaft to rotate therewith; a cutter blade and a backing blade, both, rotated by the torque of the second rotating shaft; and a turn control section for angularly moving reciprocally the turnable frame between an initial position at which the surface of revolution of the cutter blade and backing blade extends in a direction transferring a sheet and a separated position at which the cutter blade and backing blade turn aside from the transfer path of the sheet.

  • Patent number: 4997175
Abstract: A sheet folding apparatus comprises a feed roller mechanism consisting of a pair of roller adapted to feed a sheet clamped therebetween, a working roller mechanism mounted on the outlet side of the feed roller mechanism consisting of a central roller, a press roller in press contact with one side of the central roller, and a shift press roller in press contact with the other side of the central roller, and a shift guide mechanism mounted between the feed roller mechanism and the working roller mechanism. The shift press roller of the working roller mechanism is held for shifting movement between a first or access position where it is opposed to the press roller and a second or shifted position where it is in press contact with the other side of the central roller, along an outer peripheral surface of the central roller in a condition remaining in press contact with the central roller.

  • Patent number: 4690535
Abstract: An automatic film processor arrangement is provided, which comprises a plurality of processing tanks each being charged with a processing liquid, and plural sets of a pair of rollers mounted within the respective processing tanks to continuously pass a photosensitive film through the processing liquids. Shafts projecting from both ends of the rollers are provided with sleeve-like bearings. Each bearing is formed on the inner face with a projection in the circumferential direction, is formed with a split groove extending axially from a mouth thereof which is open on the roller side, and includes opposing flat portions on the outer face. The bearing is locked in place by engaging its projection within the groove formed in the shaft of each roller. Each pair of roller are held by supporting the adjacent bearings by the lock plate on the same side.
