  • Patent number: 11691815
Abstract: A roller track includes a base, parallel guides, roller support bars placed into their respective guides, and a plurality of rollers removably disposed between the roller support bars. The roller support bars preferably are removably secured to the base via the respective guides which are affixed to the base. The base also can be provided with connecting elements sidewalls thereof such that a plurality of bases of roller tracks can be connected laterally to accommodate any width of shelf or display planogram. Thus, the roller tracks can be used either separately roller tracks or as a continuous mat (i.e. a plurality of roller tracks affixed to adjacent roller tracks). Additionally, dividers can be removably affixed to each roller track via securing members comprising an upper body portion formed via a living hinge and at least one lower connector that removably connects the securing member to the roller track.

  • Patent number: 11064816
Abstract: Disclosed are discrete gravity feed merchandise-advancement seats for use on a shelf support. The seats have a width having two sides and a length, a merchandise-advancement mechanism retention element disposed on each side along the length, and a merchandise-advancement mechanism disposed in retention elements. A driver is disposed in combination with the seat. A guide channel on each side of the driver surrounds the two retention elements so that the driver can traverse the length of the seat, and provide vertical and horizontal stability to the driver. The seats may have attachment mechanisms on front and rear edges that attach to mating attachment mechanisms proximal the front and rear of the shelf support. Dividers cooperate with the seats to provide merchandise display channels. Attachment mechanisms disposed proximal the front and rear of the shelf support allow for adjustable lateral placement of the seats and dividers.

  • Patent number: 10660435
Abstract: Disclosed are rack shelving systems in-door coolers. The rack shelving systems are easily adjusted height-wise between adjacent shelves and can also be quickly adjusted between a flat shelf configuration and a gravity-feed configuration due to the configuration of different length prongs the attach the shelves to uprights that may have an angled surface with a hem be of a or typical U-shape. The rack shelving systems are also expandable width-wise to accommodate any number of cooler doors due to two rows of parallel slots on each upright that are configured to accept the prongs of shelves attached to adjacent uprights. The rack shelving systems very simple in design and are made up of as few as three (3) different parts: uprights, shelves, and cross-member. The rack shelving systems preferably further include feet/wheels for support and mobility.

  • Patent number: 9375098
Abstract: Disclosed is a weighted pusher assembly for advancing merchandise packages by gravity along an inclined shelf surface. The weighted pusher assembly includes a first end comprised of a weighted member, a second end comprised of a fastener and, disposed between the first and second ends, a collapsible member that is collapsible between a first extended position and a second collapsed position. The weighted member is adapted to be disposed proximal to the merchandise package and a first edge of the shelf and the fastener is adapted to be disposed distal the merchandise package and fastened to a second edge of the shelf. The collapsible member is preferably adapted to collapse substantially completely in a direction substantially perpendicular to the inclined shelf surface. The weighted member may be a hollow structure that is filled with a material to give it mass, but can also be a solid structure.
