Abstract: The present application relates to a hydrogen production system, and a thermal management method and apparatus therefor. The hydrogen production system includes: at least two electrolytic cells; and a post-treatment device, the at least two electrolytic cells sharing the post-treatment device, and the post-treatment device including first electrolyte inflow branch pipes and second electrolyte inflow branch pipes, wherein the first electrolyte inflow branch pipes share a single cooling apparatus and are used for guiding a cold electrolyte into a corresponding electrolytic cell, and the second electrolyte inflow branch pipes are bypass branch pipes of the cooling apparatus and are used for guiding a hot electrolyte into a corresponding electrolytic cell. Compared with the prior art, embodiments of the present invention implement accurate control on the temperature of each electrolytic cell and improve system efficiency.

Abstract: A hydrogen production system and a method for controlling the same are provided. A renewable energy power generation system supplies electric energy to a hydrogen production device. The hydrogen production device discharges acceptable-purity hydrogen to the main hydrogen branch and discharges unacceptable-purity hydrogen to the mixed hydrogen branch. The mixed hydrogen branch receives high-purity hydrogen. The mixed hydrogen branch includes two valves to respectively control volumes of the high-purity hydrogen and the unacceptable-purity hydrogen flowing into the hydrogen mixing device in the mixed hydrogen branch, to control mixed hydrogen in the hydrogen mixing device to be the acceptable-purity hydrogen. The acceptable-purity hydrogen in the hydrogen mixing device is discharged to a purification branch in the main hydrogen branch, or a purification branch in the mixed hydrogen branch.
Abstract: A hydrogen production power supply system is provided by the present disclosure, wherein two stage conversion modules are arranged between the power supplies, and each output end of the second stage conversion module is connected to a power supply end of each hydrogen production device, respectively, so that independent power supply is provided for each hydrogen production device, which eliminates the loss of gas production caused by the non-uniform load among the hydrogen production devices. In addition, being different from the conventional technology, it is unnecessary for the hydrogen production power supply system to adapt the voltage by using a customized power frequency converter in the present disclosure. Therefore, the path loss issue can be avoided.
