    Abstract: A handheld pneumatic grinder comprises a main body, a transmission portion, and a wheel guard structure. The main body defines an active space. The transmission portion is provided on the main body. The wheel guard structure includes a coupling member, a protective hood, and a control member. The coupling member is coupled to the main body around the transmission portion. The protective hood is rotatably mounted to the coupling member at a center thereof, wherein the protective hood is provided with an engagement means defining a plurality of indentations. The control member has a protrusion, which can engage with one of the indentations of the engagement means to allow the protective hood to be fixed in an angle position. The present invention allows the protective hood to be adjusted without using an external tool, and can achieve a compact design.

    Abstract: The present invention discloses a grinding brush fixing device applying to a pneumatic tool for surface treatment. The spacing between the fixing arms and arc plates of the brush holder is reduced. Thereby, the press-fit face of the axially-extending fixing arm can press the brush collar onto the first press-fit edge and second press-fit edge, which are at two sides of the notches between two axially-extending arc plates. Further, a flexible gasket is radially placed in a space between the fixing arms and the arc plates. When the fixing disc is fastened to the brush holder, the flexible gasket and the brush collar are tightly compressed and firmly secured. Thus, force can be uniformly applied onto the brush collar and the bristles. The present invention can promote the stability of brush's rotation, generate straighter ground strips, prolong the durability of the grinding brush and grinding brush fixing device, and promote the grinding efficiency.

With a second leaning portion disposed with an inclination on the counterclockwise rotating area, the steel ball is stopped from being separated from the steel ball groove, thus the steel ball cannot slide with the transmission seat, and a maximum torque can be outputted directly when the screwdriver is turned counterclockwise.

    Abstract: The present invention discloses a clockwise or counterclockwise rotation control device installed to a pneumatic tool uses pressurized air as power. The pneumatic tool comprises a main body of the pneumatic motor module, a rear cover module disposed at a rear end of the main body and having an air guide base, and a containing space disposed inside the air guide base for installing a control valve. The control valve includes a valve passage and two airflow passages interconnected to the pneumatic motor module and the containing space to produce two opposite rotating directions. The direction of the valve passage can be adjusted by changing the control valve, so that pressurized air enters into one of the airflow passages to constitute a clockwise or counterclockwise rotating state of the pneumatic motor module. The pressurized air is controlled to enter directly from the air guide base into the pneumatic motor module.
