Abstract: A castor structure includes a wheel support unit, an operation unit, a locking member, a directional member, a directional brake member, a bent elastic bar, and two resting members. The operation unit includes a drive shank formed with an annular groove which has an upper tapered face and a lower tapered face. The locking member includes a plurality of locking teeth. The directional brake member includes a plurality of directional toothed grooves. The elastic bar extends through the directional member and the annular groove. Thus, the elastic bar is stretched outward by the annular groove of the drive shank when the drive shank is moved downward, to provide a micro-adjustment effect, such that the directional toothed grooves of the directional brake member align with and exactly engage the locking teeth of the locking member.

Abstract: A castor assembly includes a castor unit, a positioning unit, and a brake unit. The castor unit includes a housing and two rollers. The housing has a neck portion and a body portion. The positioning unit includes a fixing block located under the neck portion, a toothed plate pivotally connected with the body portion, and two restoring springs biased between the toothed plate and the body portion. The fixing block has an annular toothed portion. The toothed plate has a plurality of locking teeth that are movable to engage the toothed portion. The brake unit includes a braking block having two braking faces press the rollers. Thus, the toothed plate presses the fixing block by the elastic force of the restoring springs so that the locking teeth of the toothed plate engage the toothed portion of the fixing block closely.

Abstract: A combination castor includes a control unit, a linking unit, and at least two castor units. The control unit includes at least one mounting seat, at least one bushing mounted in the at least one mounting seat, and a pedal pivotally located at a side of the at least one mounting seat. The linking unit includes a propeller shaft extended through the at least one bushing and locked onto the pedal, at least one rotation plate secured on the propeller shaft, and at least two links each pivotally connected with the at least one rotation plate and the respective castor unit. Thus, when the pedal is stepped, the propeller shaft is driven to rotate the at least one rotation plate which drives the links to operate the castor units so as to brake or position the castor units simultaneously.

The roller of each of the castor assemblies is rotatably mounted on the housing of the braking unit. Thus, the linking device can drive and operate the castor assemblies to brake and position the castor assemblies simultaneously.

Thus, when the drive member of the brake unit is pressed, each of the rollers of the wheel unit is braked by and locked onto the castor body, and the castor body is locked onto the fixing bolt simultaneously, thereby locking the castor exactly and stably.
