    Abstract: The present invention relates to a fan frame structure, which is composed of a plastic seat and a metal circular casing. At least two opposing guard fences disposed in a radial manner and extended upwards from a top edge of said seat. A fitting rim for inserting the metal circular casing is provided between an inner surface of the guard fence and a top surface of the seat. A side column is extended from a top side of the guard fence to cover and support the metal circular casing. Accordingly, the use of costly metal material can be reduced to lower the production cost, and the decrease of strength and deformation of the fan frame structure due to high temperature can be prevented. Meanwhile, the frame wall thickness can be reduced to enlarge the fan blade, thereby increasing air flow, fan speed and heat dissipation performance of a cooling fan.

    Abstract: The invention relates to a motor lubricant cycling system, wherein a plurality of slots are disposed in the inner wall of the shaft tube in contact with the bearing, one end of the slot is connected to the conjunction of the top side of the bearing and the shaft, the lubricant, due to the pump effect, elevates along the shaft when the motor is rotating at high speed and is sucked in the slot by a backflow suction, and the other end of the slot is connected to the lubricant container beneath the bearing in formation of a guiding path dedicated to the lubricant cycling. According, the lubricant can be recycled for operation so as to reduce the noise resulting from the motor operation and prolong the life cycle.

    Abstract: The present invention relates to a fixing structure of motor spindle, which includes a spindle and a snap ring. One end of the spindle has a snap slot with a reduced diameter, and the inner hole of the snap ring shall be slightly greater than the maximum outer diameter of the snap slot, thereby maintaining a gap with a radius difference between the inner hole of the snap ring and the snap slot of the spindle in size of less than or equivalent to 0.37 mm. Meanwhile, by means of the holding effect of a bearing and a bottom cap, the snap ring of the present invention won't rotate with the spindle and won't generate noise due to abrasion with the spindle. Not only can the snap ring stably hold and fix the spindle to prevent the spindle from disengaging, but also it is free of the noise issue out of abrasion.

Each of the fins has a first end facing the inlet section of the housing and a second end connecting with the base plate. The light emitting member is fixed to the base plate of the heat sink. The fan is fixed inside the chamber of the heat sink. The blocking ring is mounted inside the housing and between the inlet section and the heat sink and includes an inlet hole aligned with the chamber of the heat sink. By the blocking ring, parts of the heated air flows are blocked from flowing back to the inlet section to avoid turbulence resulting from flowing back air flows.

    Abstract: The present invention relates to a bearing structure having a top end face, a bottom end face, and a bore communicating with the top and bottom end faces, and having at least two oil-guide channel disposed on the inner wall of the bore, extending axially and penetrating one of the same end faces of the bearing. When the present invention is applied to a motor structure, the oil-guide channel is upwardly or downwardly disposed by penetrating the top or bottom end face of the bearing.
