Abstract: A sebaceous excitosecretory agent comprising at least one of undecylenic acid, its salts, its esters, and its amide derivatives as an active ingredient. A process for exciting secretion of sebum comprising the step of applying onto a skin surface the above sebaceous excitosecretory agent. The sebaceous excitosecretory agent has a long-lasting action to excite secretion of sebum.
Abstract: A soft film applicable to the oral mucosa and a drug preparation comprising said film are disclosed, the film comprising a homogeneous mixture comprising a vinyl acetate homopolymer, an acrylic acid polymer, and a cellulose derivative capable of being dissolved in or swollen with water and a lower alcohol. The film or preparation is less causative of an adverse feeling on application to the oral mucosa, excellent in shape retention on water absorption, and adhesive to the oral mucosa for an extended period of time.

Abstract: A menthol soap comprising a soap base, menthol, a crack-preventing agent, and a solvent for said menthol.The menthol soap of the present invention gives a superior cold or refreshing feeling when applied on the skin. Furthermore, this menthol soap has such advantages that menthol crystals do not grow and come out to the surface of the soap during the storage of use thereof, and cracks do not develop in the soap.
