Patents Assigned to Sunvic Regler GmbH
  • Patent number: 4598584
Abstract: An electric signal in an electrical level measuring transducer shall be generated in an explosion-proof manner, which continuously depends on the level in the interior of a container. The buoyancy of a float 14 is converted into a movement of a permanent magnet 36. The permanent magnet moves in the area of a Hall generator 44. The signal processing elements 48 are disposed in a tightly closed housing in explosion-proof manner. The Hall generator 44 is located in a non-magnetic part of the wall 38 of the housing 20.

  • Patent number: 4595029
Abstract: Telescoping coil systems 14 and 16, respectively, engage a Z-shaped balance beam 12 at opposite arms 18 and 20 thereof said beam being mounted centrally by a flexural pivot suspension 10. A surface 26 is provided on the arm 18 and forms a nozzle and baffle plate system with nozzle 22. The torque caused by the pneumatic pressure acting on the surface of nozzle 22 is compensated for by a torque exerted by two telescoping coil systems 14 and 16 when an electrical current is passed through. Thereby the pressure at an output 28 is proportional to the electrical current. A flexural pivot suspension provided for the balance beam includes a pair of crossed baffle springs on each side of the balance beam. Each leaf spring has one end attached to the balance beam and the other end attached to a bearing portion.

  • Patent number: 4258238
Abstract: The housing of a reed switch, actuatable by magnetic flux, is supported at the ends by grommets fitting snugly inside an aluminum sleeve. The switch terminals extend from the housing adjacent a closed end of the sleeve, have lead wires soldered to them and are in an embedment of silicone rubber. A cable having electric lines projects into an open end of the sleeve. After passing through an insulating spacer plate the wires are soldered to the cable lines. The portion of the sleeve between the open end and the adjacent grommet is filled with a silicone rubber embedment. The sleeve is positioned in a bore in a mounting body and adjacent a side of the body is a float responsive magnet.

  • Patent number: 4231385
Abstract: A housing has an internal opening or cavity within which is a body. Both the opening and body have a relatively large cylindrical median portion and two smaller cylindrical end portions. Three annular diaphragms interconnect the housing and the body and divide that portion of the remaining opening between the two into four gas pressure chambers. The two end chambers are connected through respective ports in the body to pressures representing commanded value and actual value respectively. The two central chambers are connected through respective ports in the body to pressures representing negative feedback and positive feedback respectively. A fifth port communicating with the negative feedback chamber serves as an output pressure port.
