Abstract: A safe detained needle is disclosed. The safe detained needle of the present invention comprises a detained trocar, a trocar seat, a puncture needle, a protective seat, and a needle seat. The protective seat comprises a through hole, a rebound unit, and a sticking plate. When the puncture needle is withdrawn from the detained trocar and the trocar seat, the tip of the puncture needle is restricted in the protective scat by the rebound unit and the sticking plate for preventing the tip of the puncture form being exposed outside.

Abstract: The present invention is related to a needleless positive-pressure connector, mainly comprising a casing pipe, a connecting pipe, an elastic unit, and a piston. In this connection, the casing pipe and the connecting pipe are interconnected, while the piston and the elastic unit are located within the interior of the casing pipe and the connecting pipe, as well as the piston may be displaced within the casing pipe and the connecting pipe. The piston may be pushed outwardly by the elastic unit to close the needleless positive-pressure connector, when a delivery pipe is not connected yet Moreover, the piston may be pressed by the delivery pipe, such that the piston is pressed inwardly to open the needleless positive-pressure connector, when the delivery pipe is connected.

Abstract: The present invention is related to a safe vein detained needle, comprises a detained needle seat fixedly provided with a detained trocar, a protective seat, a puncture needle seat fixedly provided with a puncture needle, a withdrawing part, and a pushing seat. Before a puncturing process, the pushing seat is pushed forward, such that the withdrawing part is coupled to the puncture needle seat. After the puncturing process is completed, then, the pushing seat is pushed backward, such that the puncture needle seat is drawn backward along with the coupled withdrawing part, so as to retrieve the puncture needle on the puncture needle seat into the protective seat. Thereby, the puncture needle is retrieved into the protective seat after the puncturing process is completed, so as to avoid the risk of accidental pricking wound to medical personnel by the used puncture needle.

Abstract: The present invention provides a transfusion needle with security, comprising a main body and a safety sheath. The main body is provided at the side thereof with a needle wing, and connected at one end thereof with a needle head. The front-end side and the rear-end side of the safety sheath are provided with an inclined opening and a depressed opening, respectively. The needle head is protruded out of the safety sheath when the needle wing located within the inclined opening before the transfusion needle is used, while the needle head is covered within the safety sheath when the needle wing pulled back to the depressed opening from the inclined opening after the transfusion needle has been used. The needle head may be retrieved into the safety sheath after the transfusion needle has been used, so as to avoid the medical personnel stabbed by the used needle head.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a safety syringe. The safety syringe comprises a barrel having a plurality of elastic support units in the inner side, a plunger having a rubber ring and a first coupling portion at the front-end, and an injection head unit comprising a first needle seat, a second needle seat, and a needle, wherein the second needle seat comprises a second coupling portion. When the injection head unit is mounted on the front-end opening, the second needle seat is propped by the plurality of elastic support units preventing the needle seat from being crushed during injection. After injecting, the first coupling portion is pushed to couple with the second coupling portion, and then the needle can be pulled into the barrel for safety.
