Abstract: An anti-tamper synthetic elastomeric cap structure, of the type having a dilated external head in abutment with an apex to form a “T-cap”, includes a composite structure having, embedded in the head, an endoskeleton with external appendages that provides a cage having a circumferential projection, with respect to a penetrating body under the head that defines a band having a notching therein and disposed about the neck of a bottle to provide a pre-fracture line and a grasping appendage.
Abstract: Bottle neck structure and relative cap made of plastic material, particularly for water and beverages, comprising a neck (1) screw (4) with concave arc-shaped helical element and volutes mutually adjacent to define narrow crests (5) and female screw (15) of the cap (2) with spiral of the arc-shaped convex thread accurately convexly complementary to the concavity (4) of the helical element of the neck.
