Abstract: A method for making a shielded inductor by: winding a metal wire material into a conducting coil and bending two distal ends of the metal wire material into a respective end piece, bonding a magnetic core to the center of the conductive coil, making a metal sheet member into a metal bracket having a frame body, solder points and connection strips, installing the conductive coil in the metal bracket and electrically soldering the end pieces of the conductive coils to respective soldering points at the metal bracket, mixing a magnetic material with a plastic material and processing the mixture into plastic grains, injection-molding the plastic grains onto the conductive coil to form an inductor body, and separating the respective connection strips with the inductor body from the metal bracket and bending the separated connection strips onto the bottom wall of the inductor body.

Abstract: A communication transmitting module with a rigid light pipe, the communication transmitting module has thereon a protrusion with a pair of recesses near its bottom, and has on its bottom side an engaging block with a bevel surface. The rigid light pipe in the shape of “L” includes an upper and a lower portion, the upper portion is formed thereon an engaging hole for extending therethrough of the protrusion of the communication transmitting module, the engaging hole is formed near it a raised portion engageable in the recesses of the communication transmitting module; and the bottom of the lower portion provided with LEDs has a hook extendible from the bevel surface on the bottom side of the communication transmitting module to engage in the engaging block. The present invention can be easily and firmly assembled.

Abstract: A base structure of a communication module comprising a left and a right base part symmetrically arranged and connecting mutually, wherein two engaging grooves are provided respectively at the bottom of the left base part and at the top of the right base part, and comprising two mutually symmetrically and conversely arranged connecting pin sets formed from multiple bent and grouped metallic wire conductors, two inclined connecting pin sets are respectively provided on the front ends of the grouped metallic wire conductors to contact plug pins, a horizontal middle section and a vertical section of each group of metallic wire conductors is enveloped thereover respectively with a horizontal and a vertical plate made of insulating material. The vertical plates are inserted respectively into the engaging grooves; in this way, the communication module can be fast assembled.

Abstract: An internal structure for a connector with at least a nest-typed positioning seat that is covered with a metallic housing to form a communication connector, and has a connecting board having thereon metallic guide pins and having thereon a circuit board assembly with a resistance-capacitance (RC) element and comprising a first and a second circuit board, each positioning seat is provided between the first and the second circuit boards for receiving coils; connecting lines of the coils are pulled to one side of the seat to connect the assembly, an object of connecting the coils with the circuit board assembly thus is easily attained. Each nest is provided on its periphery with slits of different depths, connecting lines of the coils can be extended through the slits to make electric connecting with the assembly. Thereby a function of wave filtering and abnormal voltage isolating is obtained.

Abstract: A positioning seat with nests for coils for a connector, the connector has on the top thereof a printed circuit board having a resistance-capacitance (RC) element, the printed circuit board is connected thereon with a plurality of coils for wave filtering and abnormal voltage isolating; the coils are positioned by a positioning device formed from the positioning seat and a lateral connecting plate connectable with the seat as well as connecting in advance with metallic guide needles, the positioning seat is shaped in advance to have the nests mutually spaced away and in an amount same as that of the coils; so that each coil is placed in a nest in advance for using in operation of electric connecting with related members and the printed circuit board.
