  • Patent number: 10325461
Abstract: A security patrol guidance system and method configured to automatically and dynamically identify patrol areas within a geospatial boundary and notify the security guards of said areas. The system and method considers recent security alerts, non-visible areas, and SMP operator identified patrol areas in view of the current locations of each security guard to create a patrol list. The patrol list includes areas deemed to be at risk of future security event and the system instructs security guards to patrol said areas at certain intervals. The system is constantly updating to ensure that a desired level of security is achieved at all times.

  • Patent number: 10210719
Abstract: A security-monitoring platform adapted to automatically handle and route security alerts to security personnel through personnel assistant devices. The personnel assistant devices preferably include location and availability information that can be conveyed to the security-monitoring platform. The system and method includes analyzing location information for the security alert source with respect to the availability and location information for each personnel assistant device to identify one or more security guards that can handle the security alert. The system is able to automatically perform these tasks without having to first be routed through a queue for analysis from a security-monitoring platform operator. As a result, the system and method overcomes this major issue in the industry of delayed processing of security alerts and is able to more efficiently and effectively process a plurality of security alerts simultaneously.

  • Patent number: 10104310
Abstract: A security-monitoring platform adapted to automatically create real-time associations between security monitoring assets (SMAs) and a security alert based on location specific information for both the SMAs and the source of the security alert. When an alert occur, the security-monitoring platform automatically retrieves location and/or movement information for the source of the security alert. The system then retrieves and analyzes location and/or movement information for a plurality of SMAs to determine whether any SMAs are within a set of location-based parameter limits. Those SMAs that fall within the limits are automatically associated with the security alert and provided to the operator of the security monitoring platform. The system is further adapted to continuously evaluate the location and movement of the SMAs and the active security alert to ensure that the associations are always up-to-date as the security alert is processed.

  • Patent number: 9860473
Abstract: The present invention includes a security-monitoring platform (SMP) adapted to automatically synchronize with the monitored security systems and their respective electronic monitoring security devices. The SMP includes a synchronization module designed to communicate with the security systems using their respective application programming interfaces. The synchronization module retrieves the information for each electronic monitoring security device in each security system and determines whether the electronic monitoring security device information is known and up to date on the SMP. If an electronic monitoring security device has been added, removed, or modified, the synchronization module updates the SMP accordingly. The synchronization module automatically runs maintenance on the SMP to guarantee that the SMP can provide efficient and effective security measures.

  • Patent number: 9652974
Abstract: The present invention includes a security-monitoring platform adapted to automatically create associations between electronic monitoring security devices and security alerts on the fly. As alerts occur, the security-monitoring platform operator may select one or more electronic monitoring security devices to aid in processing the security alert, and the security-monitoring platform automatically identifies the selected electronic monitoring security device(s) and creates an association between the selected electronic monitoring security device(s) and the security alert. The security-monitoring platform will then automatically display the associated electronic monitoring security device to the operator when that same security alert is subsequently triggered.
