The method (200) and apparatus can not only obtain a more ideal fiber-bundle processed image, but also have a smaller calculation amount, and the entire calculation process takes less time.

    Abstract: Provided are an image reconstruction method, a device and a microscopic imaging device. The method includes calculating a gray value at each fiber center in a fiber bundle (04) in a reconstructed image according to a gray value at a center position of each fiber, determined in one or more sample images; performing a spatial interpolation using the gray value at the fiber center to obtain gray values of other pixel points in the fiber bundle (04) in the reconstructed image, so as to form the reconstructed image. This image reconstruction method greatly accelerates the speed of image reconstruction, and is helpful to remove the grating (022) and fiber bundle (04) cellular grid residues in the reconstructed image and improve the imaging quality of the reconstructed image.

    Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure provide an image registration method and apparatus, and an image stitching method and device. The image registration method includes: calculating a correlation coefficient image between a reference image and a floating image; calculating a gradient image of the correlation coefficient image; determining a pixel with extreme correlation coefficient in the correlation coefficient image according to a pixel with extreme gradient in the gradient image; and registering the reference image and the floating image according to the pixel with extreme correlation coefficient. The above image registration method and apparatus have high universality, require a small amount of calculation, and can ensure real-time operation and obtain a more accurate registration result. The image stitching method and device are realized based on the image registration method, thereby improving the speed and accuracy.
