Abstract: A microneedle casting system includes a vacuum chamber, a motion platform, a first motion assembly, a liquid-filling needle assembly, a second motion assembly, and a controller. The motion platform is arranged in the vacuum chamber; the first motion assembly includes a first transmission component and a first drive component that are connected to each other; the liquid-filling needle assembly includes a liquid-dispensing tip and a liquid-filling needle shaft; the second motion assembly includes a second transmission component and a second drive component which are connected to each other, the liquid-filling needle is connected to the second transmission component, and, driven by the second drive component, the second transmission component drives the liquid-filling needle to move in a second direction; and the first drive component or/and the second drive component are communicatively connected to the controller.
