Abstract: An adhesive tape tearing module for a double-glass assembly and an adhesive tape tearing machine are provided. The adhesive tape tearing module includes an adhesive tape tearing assembly. The adhesive tape tearing assembly includes a second transfer driving assembly and a second support plate driven by the second transfer driving assembly to move front and back. A remnant smoothing mechanism is arranged on the second support plate and is configured to flatten an adhesive tape remnant in a direction from inward to outward of a photovoltaic assembly. The remnant smoothing mechanism includes a first cylinder and smoothing clamping plates which are driven by the first cylinder to perform up-down clamping and have an up-down elastic floating function.
Abstract: A high-speed layout device for a photovoltaic module includes a module input unit, a module output unit, a tray transfer unit, and a layout transfer unit. The tray transfer unit extends into a position below the module input unit to lift the photovoltaic module, moves horizontally, places the photovoltaic module on the module output unit for outputting, and then returns to the position below the module input unit. A layout of a middle row of battery strings is performed on the tray transfer unit, a layout of a first row of battery strings is performed on the input unit or the tray transfer unit, and a layout of a last row of battery strings is performed on the tray transfer unit or the output unit, wherein the layout of the first row of battery strings and the layout of the last row of battery strings are performed on different units.
Abstract: A high-rhythm and high-precision 90-degree turnover method including: changing materials; turning a prong over and waiting; driving a first drum conveyor line to move leftward to a turnover station; adjusting front and rear positions of the first drum conveyor line as a whole to make a stacked assembly aligned with a center line of the wooden pallet; driving a first drum conveyor line to move leftward to make a left surface of the stacked assembly abut against a surface of the wooden pallet; driving a prong group to move upward to a second height position to support the stacked assembly; and driving a third support to turn over by 90 degrees reversely to make a second drum conveyor line turned over to a horizontal state.
Abstract: A high-precision vertical turnover machine for packaging a photovoltaic assembly includes a first drum conveyor line, a horizontal transfer mechanism driving the first drum conveyor line to move left and right between a receiving station and a first turnover station, a first turnover mechanism located on the left side of the first drum conveyor line, a second turnover mechanism located on the left side of the first turnover mechanism, a distance detecting sensor detecting the distance of the front surface of the photovoltaic assembly on the first turnover mechanism or the distance of the rear surface of the photovoltaic assembly on the first turnover mechanism, and a lifting correction transfer mechanism moving, according to a detection result of the distance detecting sensor, the photovoltaic assembly on the first turnover mechanism to a second turnover station and placing the photovoltaic assembly on the second turnover mechanism precisely.
