    Abstract: The invention relates to a golf training aid comprising a frame, having retaining means, and a bar retained by the retaining means so that in use the bar can move only in a fixed plane. The bar is arranged to be coupled to a user in such a way that in use the user's shoulders are constrained to move in or parallel to the fixed plane. This allows a user to correctly learn a pendulum putting stroke.
