    Abstract: A wire connection terminal structure includes a seat body and a conductive clip disposed therein. One end of the seat body has an extending side and a recessed side and a slope formed between the extending side and the recessed side. The conductive clip has a holding mouth. The slope is formed with a wire plug-in opening aligned with the holding mouth. A wire plug-in protection wall is formed on an edge of the recessed side. The wire plug-in protection wall protrudes in a direction as an extending direction of the extending side. The slope and the wire plug-in protection wall define a recessed configuration on the end of the seat body. The wire plug-in protection wall on the outer edge of the wire plug-in opening provides a shielding and guidance effect so that the conductive wire can be easily aimed at and plugged into the wire plug-in opening.

The contact terminal has a locking hole in direct communication with a receiving hole. The receiving hole communicates with a wire socket. A locking member is disposed in the receiving hole and lockable in the locking hole. A gasket member is fitted on the locking member. A guide channel is formed on inner wall of the receiving hole and extends in a locking direction of the locking member. The gasket member has a guide section extending in a direction reverse to the locking direction of the locking member. The guide section is slidably disposed in the guide channel. The receiving hole provides a larger locking travel for the locking member so that the terminal block is applicable to closed wire terminal.

    Abstract: A wire connection terminal holding structure includes an insulation outer case and a conductive holding frame disposed in the outer case. The outer case is formed with a wire socket and a perforation. The holding frame includes an electrical connection member and elastic members respectively disposed on two sides of the electrical connection member. Each of the elastic members extends to form a holding section. The holding sections extend toward each other to define therebetween a holding mouth corresponding to the wire socket and a wire insertion space positioned between the holding sections in communication with the holding mouth. A split is formed between top edges of the holding sections. A pushbutton is disposed in the perforation for pushing and opening/closing the holding mouth. A stop section is disposed on at least one of the holding sections of the elastic members for blocking the split.

The conductive support is divided into two parts of a U-shaped support main body and a C-shaped wire connector. The wire connector is assembled with a metal leaf spring and disposed on the support main body together with the metal leaf spring for pivotally connecting with the grounding conductive wire coming from an apparatus. The wire connector and the metal leaf spring are respectively formed with insertion sections for assembling the wire connector with the metal leaf spring to help the support main body to hold the metal leaf spring and prevent the metal leaf spring from deflecting.

    Abstract: A shift member fixing structure of electrical connection terminal includes an assembly of a terminal and a shift member to improve the shortcoming of the conventional terminal that the structure is complicated and the manufacturing cost is higher. The terminal includes a main body defining a chamber and a metal leaf spring disposed in the chamber for pressing a conductive wire or releasing the conductive wire in response to the operation of the shift member. A predetermined section of the shift member is formed with an insertion section and walls defining the insertion section. A part of the wall is removed to provide elastic effect for the insertion section. The removed part is repositioned on a surface of upper section of the main body to form an interference section. After the shift member is pressed down, the interference section is assembled with the insertion section.

    Abstract: An electrical connection terminal structure includes: a main body defining a chamber; a metal leaf spring disposed in the chamber, the metal leaf spring being movable with the motion of a shift member to press a conductive wire into electrical connection or release the conductive wire; and an elastic unit mounted in the chamber. When the metal leaf spring is released from the pressing of the shift member to release the conductive wire from the pressing, the elastic unit normally makes the metal leaf spring and the shift member move toward a position where the conductive wire is released. This improves the shortcoming of the conventional electrical connection terminal that when released, the metal leaf spring is apt to interfere with the conductive wire and make it hard to extract the conductive wire out of the main body.

    Abstract: A terminal block assembly includes a terminal block and lever member and is less structurally complicated and less likely to deform as compared to the existing terminal block products. The terminal block has a main body and a chamber defined by the main body. The chamber is provided with a metal spring piece, which, in response to movements of the lever member, crimps a leading wire to form electrical connection or release the leading wire. The chamber is also provided with a buckle that performs reciprocating movements and is biased by a spring to normally engage with the lever member. When receiving an operating force, the buckle disengages with the lever member so that the lever member is allowed to move. The terminal block assembly advantageously provides easy and effort-saving operation.
