The outer layer is configured to be shown and worn on the outside of clothing, bags, apparel, and other accessories. The outer layer can include indicia, markings, designs, decorations and the like. The outer layer is removably attachable to the inner layer. The inner is configured to be worn on the inside of clothing, bags, apparel, and other accessories.
