Abstract: Described herein are caffeine-free compositions that provide a sense of energy and well-being. In one aspect, the compositions include a blend of natural herbs or herbal extracts such as at least one Schizandra, at least one Rhodiola, an eleutheroside, at least one Cordyceps, at least one Lycium (genus of goji), and at least one Ribes to revitalize one's state of well being. Additional herbs, herbal extracts, sweeteners, vitamins, minerals, and additional nutrients may be added to the composition for additional benefits and improved taste. In some embodiments, the composition is provided as a beverage, e.g. a carbonated beverage.
