Abstract: The present invention relates to a composition comprising two or more sets of target-specific recombinant polyclonal antibodies, each set being capable of binding to a distinct target, wherein said distinct targets are related to diseases, which may be treated or prevented by the use of antibodies, and wherein said composition is essentially free from immunoglobulin molecules that do not bind to one of said distinct targets. Further the application describes pharmaceutical and diagnostic compositions comprising said composition and use in prevention, treatment and/or amelioration of one or more diseases.
