Abstract: Systems and methods for managing individuals are provided. A method includes recording interactions of a user with one or more computer-implemented applications and calculating parameter values for the user for a plurality of user attributes based on the interactions. The method can further include determining whether at least a portion of the parameter values are missing or conflicting and in response to determining wherein at least a portion of the parameter values are missing or conflicting, prompting the user to interact with at least one additional computer-implemented application that is associated with the portion of the parameter values. After the prompting, the method can include repeating the recording and the calculating to update the parameter values.

Abstract: A hexagonal graphical user interface (GUI) is provided in which a user interface is rendered including one or more primary icons, each of the one or more primary icons comprising a hexagon and representing an initial state. In the GUI, responsive to the selection of a first icon from the primary icons, one or more secondary icons are displayed, where each of the secondary icons is a hexagon and positioned in the user interface in a hexagonal tiling (hextille) arrangement with respect to at least one of the first icon or another one of the secondary icons, and where each of the secondary icons represents additional states subsequent to the initial state along valid paths from the initial state.

Abstract: Systems and methods for data transmission via a network comprising a plurality of mobile nodes that connect transiently or intermittently are provided. A method includes receiving information at a location to be transmitted via the network, obtaining position information for the plurality of mobiles nodes as a function of time, determining a strategy for transmitting the message to a destination via the plurality of mobile nodes based on the position information and the location, and transmitting the message via the plurality of mobile nodes based at least on the strategy and an actual availability of the plurality of mobile nodes.

Abstract: A computer-based system for providing coordinated health monitoring, emergency response, and medical record delivery. The system can include computing devices configured to process emergency-related indicators and data. The system can also include monitoring devices communicatively linked to the computing devices. The monitoring devices can be configured to monitor a particular area for the emergency-related indicators and data, wherein the monitoring devices detect speech, sounds, images and other detectable emergency-related indicators. The monitoring devices can also be configured to transmit the emergency-related indicators and data to the computing devices. Furthermore, the system can include a module linked to the monitoring devices and configured to execute on the computing devices.

Abstract: Systems and methods for generating and using measurable indexes for providing a total wellness assessment of an individual are provided. A method includes computing an overall health score corresponding to the individual based on a plurality of weighting factors, the weighting factors based at least on health conditions associated with the individual. The method also includes determining a set of recommended changes for the individual based on the overall health score and generating an episodic plan for the individual, the episodic plan comprising a series of episodes for the individual that when completed will result in the individual having implemented the set of recommended changes. The method further includes generating a series of prompts for the individual, the series of prompts selected to guide the individual through the episodic plan.
