The community network system includes a set of software applications designed to support multiple clients through domains set up by a system administrator. The domains are secure partitions within the system which are accessible to unique communities of users and configured with specific tools and user roles for each client's purposes. Further, each user is assigned a role in the system based on the features and privileges that the client wishes to make available to that user in the system.
