Patents Assigned to Systech Corporation
  • Patent number: 10820216
Abstract: Gateway devices can use dual cellular interfaces to provide reliable communications for client machines. A gateway device can use one of the dual cellular interfaces as a primary interface and the other as a hot backup interface. The backup interface remains connected to a cellular network while communications are routed on the primary interface. Accordingly, the gateway device can rapidly switch communications between from the primary interface to the backup interface. Applications, for example, for ATM payment processing, vending machine telemetry, point of sale payment processing, kiosk internet connectivity, remote monitoring and control, mobile or electronic health, and remote information displays, may run on the gateway devices, on servers, on user devices, or a combination of these devices.

  • Patent number: 8812616
Abstract: Systems and methods for accessing data from one or more remote devices and providing data to remote devices installed behind one or more firewalls are provided. The remote devices are configured to automatically detect network connectivity and to open a network connection to a remote port access (RPA) server. The remote devices initiate the connection with the RPA server enabling the connection to be established through the firewall. A client device establishes a network connection to the RPA server in order to access data from or to provide data to one or more of the remote devices. The RPA server acts as an intermediary between the RPA server and the remote devices that receives data from the client device and sends the data to the remote device and receives data from the remote devices and sends the data to the client device.

  • Patent number: 4937815
Abstract: System and method for regulating the servicing of multiple peripheral devices by a central processing unit. The system and method is highly beneficial where some of the peripheral devices place equal priority demand on the central processing unit. A plurality of link interfaces are interconnected between the peripheral devices and the central processing unit. The link interfaces are interconnected by means of token transmission circuitry. The token transmission circuitry requlates the operation of the link interfaces and thereby the serving of the peripheral devices. The use of the token transmission circuitry substantially increases the efficiency and performance of the link interfaces.

  • Patent number: 4845609
Abstract: A high performance terminal input/output subsystem for connecting a multiplicity of user devices to a multi-user computer includes a single-board host adapter which is mounted in a single bus slot in the host computer card cage and provides the communication between the subsystem and the host computer. One or more multiple terminal, intelligent cluster controllers is remotely located from and coupled to the host adapter by means of a coaxial cable. The cluster controllers are multidropped from the coaxial cable in daisy chain fashion. Communication between the host adapter and cluster controllers utilizes a high speed communication line employing a 2.5 Mbit/second baseband, token-passing, serial bus, local area network protocol. Each cluster controller provides local terminal connections for 8 or 16 user devices.
