  • Patent number: 11839298
Abstract: A movable storage assembly includes a pair of upright frame pieces joined together by a lateral rail. The rail's opposite ends each include a T-shaped upper tab having upward and downward extending portions, and a lower tab with downwardly extending portion. The upper and lower tabs are simultaneously insertable into upper and lower openings along the uprights, and then lowerable so that the downward portions of the upper and lower tabs secure the rail to the uprights. Upward movement of the rail causes the upward portions of the upper tabs of engage the uprights above the upper openings, preventing removal of the upper tabs from the uprights. Optionally, part of a platform is supportable at the rail and cooperates with the upper tabs to prevent removal of the lateral rail from the uprights, even if the downwardly extending portions of the tabs are disengaged from the uprights.

Each mesa of semiconductor material may include a scattering center. The scattering center is formed by the semiconductor material of the mesa being at least partially surround by a material with a different refractive index than the semiconductor material. The abutting refractive index materials create an interface that forms a scattering center and localizes the generation of free carriers during Mie resonance. One or more electrical contacts may be made to the mesa to measure the electrical properties of the mesa.

  • Publication number: 20230396991
Abstract: A method for stale user context detection and removal is implemented at one of Open Radio Access Network (O-RAN) Centralized Unit (gNB-CU) or Distributed Unit (gNB-DU). In a first variant which utilizes the gNB-CU, the gNB runs a configurable periodic timer for initiating the stale UE detection procedure, i.e., the gNB configures, for every UE context stored in its database, a special Event A1 with the low a1-Threshold=?120 dBm, reportInterval=512 ms, and reportAmount=2. In a second variant which utilizes the gNB-CU, stale UE detection mechanism can be based on a periodic Event A1 configured during initial User admission procedure, i.e., the gNB configures a special Event A1 with the low a1-Threshold=?120 dBm, reportInterval=1 minute, and reportAmount=infinity. In a further variant, stale UE contexts can be identified at the gNB-DU based on periodic Channel State Information (CSI) reports.
