Abstract: A system, method and computer program product for automatic generation of Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests, including a law enforcement server and database to store, retrieve and transmit information relating to an arrested individual; a FOIA request server and database to retrieve the information relating to the arrested individual from the law enforcement server, and automatically generate a FOIA request; and a FOIA request processing server and database to process the FOIA request. The FOIA request server includes a computer program to analyze the information relating to the arrested individual, and automatically generate the FOIA request based on missing information in the information relating to the arrested individual, and to automatically transmit the automatically generated FOIA request to the FOIA request processing server to process the FOIA request.

Abstract: A voltage regulator has a switching circuit and a control circuit. The switching circuit provides an output voltage and an output current. The control circuit provides a switching control signal to the switching circuit to adjust the output voltage, such that the output voltage decreases with a first slope as the output current increases when the output current is less than a predetermined current, the output voltage decreases with a second slope as the output current increases when the output current is larger than the predetermined current.

Abstract: Systems and methods relating to power inverters for power generation systems. A power inverter suitable for renewable power sources is configured with a data processing module that receives power related data from a power grid and from a battery backup inverter. The data processing module calculates mode of operation data based on the power related data and, if the mode of operation data exceeds a threshold, then the power generation system is operating in an off-grid mode (i.e. the system is decoupled from the power grid). If the mode of operation data is equal or less than the threshold, then the power generation system is operating in an on-grid operating mode. The system is also self-tuning with respect to the threshold value.

Abstract: Embodiments include engagement management systems and methods for managing engagement with aerial threats. Such systems include radar modules and detect aerial threats within a threat range of a base location. The systems also track intercept vehicles and control flight paths and detonation capabilities of the intercept vehicles. The systems are capable of communication between multiple engagement management systems and coordinated control of multiple intercept vehicles.

Abstract: Antibodies, compositions, systems, and methods for detecting C4.4a, for example immunohistochemistry methods for detecting C4.4a using a C4.4a antibody. The antibody may be obtained by immunizing a host with a C4.4a protein such as a peptide downstream of the signal peptide. The antibodies may be adapted to detect the uPAR-like domain 1 and uPAR-like domain 2. Also featured are methods for diagnosing C4.4a-associated tumors using C4.4a antibodies disclosed herein.

Abstract: A method and apparatus for initializing a radar track are presented. The method includes: detecting a target within a field of view where the target having a detected range, radial velocity and azimuth; initializing values of a Kalman filter upon initial detection of the target based upon the detected range, radial velocity and azimuth; generating a azimuth value and estimated azimuth rate value of the target; determining a first estimated error value associated with the azimuth value and a second estimated error value associated with the estimated azimuth rate value based upon the detected azimuth; estimating a cross track error based upon the first and second estimated errors; in response to the estimated cross track error value being lower than a predetermined threshold value, reinitializing the values of the Kalman filter; and establishing a radar track based upon the reinitialzied values of the Kalman filter.

Abstract: An apparatus for creating a sealed conduit between separate volumes includes a first unit and a second unit. The first unit includes a housing defining a first volume, a conduit, and at least one first penetrable interface. The at least one first penetrable interface is reconfigurable from a closed, sealed, condition when not penetrated by the conduit to a sealed condition with the conduit passing therethrough when penetrated by the conduit. The second unit includes a housing defining a second volume and at least one second penetrable interface.

Abstract: An antenna structure includes a housing, a feeding portion, and a connecting portion. The housing defines a gap and a groove. The housing forms a radiating portion and a coupling portion through the gap and the groove. A portion of the housing between the feeding portion and the gap forms a first radiating section. The connecting portion is electrically connected to one end of the coupling portion adjacent to the gap. When the feeding portion supplies current, the current flows through the feeding portion and the first radiating section, and is coupled to the connecting portion through the gap to activate a first operating mode. When the feeding portion supplies current, the current flows through the feeding portion and the first radiating section, and is coupled to the coupling portion through the gap to activate a second operating mode.

Abstract: A radiation shield is adapted to be disposed transversely across a subject supported on the surface of a procedure table to protect medical professionals working in front of the radiation shield from radiation being applied to the subject behind the radiation shield. The radiation shield includes a movable barrier positional to extend transversely across a subject supported on the surface of a procedure table. The barrier has a generally vertically-oriented lower section; a generally forwardly sloping intermediate section; and a generally vertically-oriented upper section, forwardly offset from the plane of the lower section. A side section extends outwardly and rearwardly from one side of the lower, intermediate, and upper sections of the barrier.

Abstract: A kit enables an efficient and contamination-free method of changing a resin used in a three dimensional printer from a first resin to a second resin. The three dimensional printer includes a print engine and a receptacle. The kit includes a conduit assembly and a resin container. The conduit assembly includes a fluid inlet configured to be affixed in the receptacle in an upward orientation, a pump head configured to be coupled to a motorized pump actuator in the receptacle, a first conduit coupling the fluid inlet to the pump head, a fluid outlet configured to supply resin to the print engine, and a second conduit coupling the pump head to the fluid outlet.

Abstract: The present invention provides a modular display system that uses Ethernet connection to directly send control and display data to each display module. The modular display system includes a master control unit and a plurality of display modules that are arranged and connected together to create a larger unified display. The control unit is connected to the display modules to send display and control data, and to receive diagnostic data, all via Ethernet connection. In some embodiments, each display module has an input Ethernet connection for upstream communication and an output Ethernet connection for downstream communication. The modules in this configuration are connected together in a daisy-chain fashion and Ethernet connection between the control unit and display modules creates a local area network (LAN) where all modules are addressable by the control unit and relevant data can be transferred.

Abstract: Described embodiments provide systems and methods for performing multi-stream routing. A device may determine that a server is capable of handling multi-stream protocol connections. The device may identify packets communicated between the client and the server via a first interface for a first connection between a client and the server. The device may estimate, based on the packets, a link quality for each second interface for communicating with the server. The device may identify a policy to apply to the packets. The device may select one of the second interfaces for communicating packets between the client and the server based on a configuration mapping, the link quality, and the policy. The configuration mapping may specify which second interface is to be selected using a mapping of the link quality and the policy. The device may establish a second connection between the client and the server using the selected interface.

Abstract: Described embodiments may provide systems and methods for matching with indexed Uniform Resource Locator (URL) pattern sets. A device may establish a hash map of patterns. Each pattern may include a suffix of a URL and indexed by a hash of a host prefix of the URL. The hash map of patterns may include a first hash of a first host prefix of a first URL. The device may identify a second URL to match. The second URL may include a second host prefix and a second suffix. The device may calculate a second hash of the second host prefix. The device may determine that the second hash matches an index of the first hash of the hash map. The device may identify, responsive to the determination, a match between a first suffix of the first URL in the hash map and the second suffix of the second URL.

Abstract: Disclosed are systems and methods for providing a user-centric interface into an information management system. The interface may enable a user to search for, view, and modify data objects in an information management system that are associated with the user or with the user's username. The interface may also enable a user to apply administrator-like functions to the data objects associated with the user. The administrator-like functions may include content modification, deduplication operations, and storage policy adjustments, among others.

Abstract: An out-of-stock detection system notifies store management that a product is out of stock. The system captures images of a shelf and determines the position product labels thereon. For each product label, a bounding box is generated based on the position of each product label on the shelf. The system then identifies a product for each product label based on information within each product label and, for each product label, stores a product identified for each bounding box. Accordingly, the system performs an out-of-stock detection process that includes capturing additional image data of the shelf periodically that includes each bounding box, providing a portion of the additional image data for each bounding box to a model trained to determine whether the bounding box contains products, sending a notification for a product determined to be out of stock to a store client device based on output from the model.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to methods and systems for performing response based cache redirection to a cache proxy. A device intermediary to a plurality of clients and a plurality of servers and in communication with a plurality of cache proxies, receives a request for content from a client. The request is for content from a server of the plurality of servers. The device forwards the request to the server. The device identifies a cache redirection policy that specifies an amount of bytes of a response to buffer to calculate a signature of the content of the response. The device computes the signature of the content of the response based on the amount of bytes of the response received from the server and buffered by the device. The device selects a cache proxy based on the computed signature and forwards the request of the client to the selected cache proxy.

Abstract: A conveyor system comprising a fixed, non-powered rail defining a conveyor path and an automated conveyor carrier (ACC) supported on the rail to be movable along the conveyor path. The ACC includes an on-board motor and an on-board electrical power source selectively powering the on-board motor to drive the ACC along the rail. The ACC may include a wireless sleep mode module operable to selectively shut off power to an on-board ACC controller.

Abstract: An illustrative “Live Synchronization” feature in a data storage management system can reduce the downtime that arises in failover situations. The illustrative Live Sync embodiment uses backup data to create and maintain a ready (or “warm”) virtualized computing platform comprising one or more virtual machines (“VMs”) that are configured and ready to be activated and take over data processing from another data processing platform operating in the production environment. The “warm” computing platform awaits activation as a failover solution for the production system(s) and can be co-located at the production data center, or configured at a remote or disaster recovery site, which in some embodiments is configured “in the cloud.” Both local and remote illustrative embodiments are discussed herein. An “incremental forever” approach can be combined with deduplication and synthetic full backups to speed up data transfer and update the disaster recovery sites.

Abstract: Systems and methods for displaying a user guide in a Client Virtual Application (“CVA”). The methods include determining, by a client device, a position associated with a user interaction in CVA. The position of the user interaction may be a mouse position relative to the CVA's window or a position of a widget of CVA's window with which the user is interacting via an input device. The client device transfers the position data and application name to a server device on the network. The server device subsequently retrieves, from a content datastore, user guide content associated with the application and position, and transfer the user guide content for rendering on the client device. The server device may also determine a display position and send it to the client device. The client device may render the user guide according to a rendering policy.
