  • Patent number: 8912275
Abstract: Apparatus for continuously preparing a homogeneous solution (28) of powder in liquid including a mixing chamber (16) into which a liquid solvent (14) is introduced via an inlet pipe, and into which a solid solute (12) is fed via a dosing unit, an agitator (26) operative to mix the solid solute with the liquid solvent so that the solid solute dissolves in the liquid solvent to form a homogeneous solution, and a fluid dynamic separator (34) placed within a flow of the solute (12) and the solvent (14) in the chamber (16), the fluid dynamic separator (34) operative to create a region (38) isolated from the rest of the flow in the chamber and to cause solid particles of the solute that have not yet dissolved in the solvent to flow away from the region so that the region contains the homogeneous solution of the solute dissolved in the solvent.

  • Patent number: 7295021
Abstract: To limit the current in heavy current testing of semiconductor components with test needles, upstream of each needle a circuit is connected which has low resistance in the range of allowable currents and has high resistance above a given limit current in order to limit the current. The current source which undertakes limitation in the electrical supply lead to the probes is galvanically separated from the voltage supply of the current source itself.

  • Patent number: 5029415
Abstract: An apparatus for centrifugal hydromechanical cleaning and polishing has a working cylinder filled with a working medium which is a mixture of working bodies and working fluid. The cylinder is closed by a left and a right cover. The covers are provided with sleeves through which a billet to be cleaned can pass. In the axis of the cylinder there is fixed a perforated pipe which is connected to a feed pump. The left cover is provided with a hole for charging the cylinder with a working medium, which is hermetically closed with a cap. The working cylinder is seated on supporting rolls and is rotated on its axis. In an alternative embodiment of the apparatus, bearing units are pressed-in eccentrically in both covers and billets are positioned in the bearing units and rotated by a transmission mechanism. In both embodiments, as the cylinder rotates, centrifugal forces cause the working bodies to envelop the billets and abrade them. Products of abrasion washed away by circulating working fluid.
