    Abstract: The present invention relates to methods of quantitatively analyzing and detecting interactions, which effectively occur between detector materials displayed on a nano-assembly matrix at high density, and sensitively labeling and isolating a target material that effectively interacts with the detector materials, by the use of energy transfer and signal changes that effectively occur in label molecules displayed at high density. Specifically, the present invention relates to a method of quantitatively detecting the interactions between various bioactive materials, which occur in vitro or in vivo, based on high-density displays of molecules, and to a method of sensitively labeling a target material that interacts with these bioactive materials.
