    Abstract: Embodiments include methods and apparatus for adjusting heights of objects. One embodiment is a leg adjusting assembly that has a housing connected to a leg of a table. A foot mechanism extends outwardly from the housing and from the leg. When a force is applied to the foot mechanism with a foot of a user, a rod vertically moves in the housing and adjusts a height of the table.
