Abstract: A dental implant structure includes a fixture fixed to an alveolar bone, an abutment coupled to the fixture and configured to attach an artificial tooth thereto, and a coupling element configured to couple the fixture and the abutment to each other. In the dental implant structure, the fixture includes a lower fixture portion fixed to the alveolar bone and an upper fixture portion coupled to the abutment, a first thread is formed on a part or all of a surface of the lower fixture portion so as to be fixed to the alveolar bone, the lower fixture portion has a shape extending along a rotation axis of the first thread, a second thread is formed on a part or all of a surface of the upper fixture portion, and the upper fixture portion has a shape extending along a rotation axis of the second thread.
