Abstract: An incontinence undergarment including a main body and a sling positioned within and attached to the main body. A middle portion of the sling is free of attachment to a groin portion of the main body. The middle portion of the sling forms a pocket configured to hold an absorbent pad. A second pocket is positioned at one end of the sling and is configured to hold a spare absorbent pad. In embodiments, the first pocket is dimensioned to hold the absorbent pad in an unfolded state and the second pocket is dimensioned to hold the spare absorbent pad in a folded state. In embodiments, stitching delimits the boundary between the first and second pockets, and in embodiments the second pocket is an extension of one end of the sling.

Abstract: A system for maintaining an infant in a supine position on a base encased by a fitted cover. The system includes a garment including lateral tabs configured to removably attach to spaced tethers attached to the fitted cover. In use, the garment is positioned between the spaced tethers and each tether removably attaches to both sides of the respective tab such that the tab is captured between portions of the tether. In embodiments, the tabs and tethers removably attach using hook and look fasteners having a high resistance to shear pulling forces. In embodiments, the system resists rollover motion without constraining hip motion.

Abstract: Disclosed is a swaddle including a main body defining continuously formed upper, lower, left side and right side portions having fasteners for maintaining the main body in a folded condition. Certain ones of the fasteners are positioned on the upper portion to maintain the lower portion, in a folded condition, over the upper portion and under the arms of the infant to prevent downward migration of the infant into the folded swaddle. Swaddle portions may include padding for comfort and define body and head portions for positioning the infant with respect to the upper portion.

Abstract: An incontinence pant including a main body having a front portion, a back portion, a crotch portion, a waist opening, and two leg openings. An elasticized waist cuff is formed at the waist opening and an elasticized leg cuff is formed at each of the two leg openings. Suspended mesh lining is disposed within the main body and is attached at each of the elasticized waist cuff and the two elasticized leg cuffs. The elasticized cuffs each have a pocket depth of at least 1 inch to form an absorbent area receiving a portion of an absorbent pad to capture leaked fluid.

Abstract: A face mask according to the present disclosure includes a main body for being worn to cover a wearer's mouth and nose and right and left adjustable straps affixed along respective right and left lateral extents of the main body, each adjustable strap including a continuous length of material having opposing first and second ends and a first loop formed at the first end, wherein the second end is threaded through the first loop to form an ear loop for being positioned around an ear of the wearer such that, in use, the second end is pulled to tighten the ear loop to adjust the fit of the face mask. In some implementations, the main body may include a middle portion disposed between elastic fabric side portions.
