The first element has a stack of a first layer and a second layer, wherein the first layer has a first surface and a second surface opposite to the first surface. The second surface has an adhesive coating, and wherein the second layer is arranged to partially cover the second surface. Furthermore, the second layer has an opening to partially expose the adhesive coating of the first layer. Moreover, the second element has at least three pivotably connected parts, wherein at least one of the at least three pivotably connected parts is arranged to be in contact with the exposed part of the adhesive coating of the first layer.
