The aspiration pump (10) is for providing an negative pressure continuously or by interval. The catheter (20) having a distal end (23), mid portion (22) and a proximal end (21) and defining a longitudinal axis. The valve (30) connects between the aspiration pump (10) and the proximal end (21) of the catheter (20) or connects to the catheter (20). Wherein, the catheter (20) comprises at least one elastic area (24), which is compressed along the longitudinal axis in response to application of the negative pressure and expanded along the longitudinal axis in response to relieve of the negative pressure.

    Abstract: A thrombus removal device (100) comprising a catheter (10), at least one valve (20), and a shaft (30) is provided. The catheter (10) has a proximal end (12) and a distal end (11), and defines a longitudinal axis. The at least one valve (20) is positioned and movable longitudinally inside the catheter (10). The shaft (30) is connected with the proximal end (12) of the catheter (10), and comprises a driving mechanism and a wire (34). Wherein, the wire (34) is connected to the driving mechanism at one end and connected to the at least one valve (20) at an opposite end. The driving mechanism is configured to create a sudden movement of the at least one valve (20) toward the proximal end (12) of the catheter (10). By using the thrombus removal device (100), thrombus can be removed from the body of a subject more efficiently.

    Abstract: A syringe includes a sleeve and a pressure vessel with high pressure fluid therein. The sleeve further comprises a sleeve piston. As the high pressure vessel contacts the sleeve piston, and a bump on the sleeve piston destroys the airtight status of the high pressure vessel. While the seal of the high pressure vessel is removed, the compressed fluid flows into the sleeve through the opening of the high pressure vessel and the hole of the sleeve piston. When the closed end of the sleeve moves closer to the closed end of the sleeve piston, the fluid in the sleeve is pressed and flows out of the sleeve through the sleeve hole of the sleeve.
