    Abstract: An electrostatic speaker and a method for manufacturing the speaker are disclosed. Said speaker comprises a vibrating film; an electrode portion disposed on a surface of the vibrating film and joined with the vibrating film; and a conductive backplate spaced from the electrode portion by a distance, the conductive backplate forming a plurality of holes, the vibrating film being deformed and vibrated to generate and release a sound through the holes due to a variation of an electric field generated between the conductive backplate and the electrode portion, wherein the conductive backplate is covered by a polymer layer serving as a protective film. The covering polymer layer on the conductive backplate is capable of improving the stability of the electrostatic speaker and increasing its lifespan.

    Abstract: Disclosed is a 3-dimension non-bias electrets multi-touch device, comprising a first electrets thin film providing a first bias electric charge to form an electrostatic field, a first electrode, a second electrode and a controller. The first electrode is attached to the first electrets thin film and outputs a first signal when the electrostatic field is changed by a deformation of the first electrets thin film due to contact pressures of external forces. The second electrode outputs a second signal when the electrostatic field is changed. The first and second electrodes transmit the first and second signals to the controller. The controller is capable to detect and analyze positions where the contact pressures of the external forces are applied and normal vector shifts of the first electrets thin film at the positions.

    Abstract: The present invention provides an electret transducer with solar power. The provided electrets transducer includes a solar power supply device, an amplifier circuit having a first input terminal coupled to the solar power supply device and a second input terminal coupled to an audio signal input terminal, and an electret loudspeaker coupled to an output terminal of the amplifier circuit. The amplifier circuit receives a first voltage level via the first input terminal and boosts the first voltage level to a second voltage level, and receives a first audio signal via the second input terminal and amplifies the first audio signal to a second audio signal. The electret loudspeaker coupled to the output terminal of the amplifier circuit receives the second audio signal and outputs a sound corresponding to the second audio signal.
