Abstract: An aqueous polyurethane resin composition including: an aqueous polyurethane resin which is a chain-extended product obtained from a neutralized product of an isocyanate-terminated prepolymer which is a reaction product of (A) a polyisocyanate, (B) polyols, and (C) a diol having a carboxy group and/or a carboxylate group, by using (D) a polyamine having two or more amino groups and/or imino groups in one molecule, wherein (B) the polyols contain (b-1) a polypropylene glycol having a number average molecular weight of 600 to 10,000 and (b-2) a polytetramethylene glycol having a number average molecular weight of 1,000 to 4,000, a total amount of (b-1) the polypropylene glycol and (b-2) the polytetramethylene glycol accounts for 50% by mass or more of an entire amount of (B) the polyols, and a mass ratio between (b-1) the polypropylene glycol and (b-2) the polytetramethylene glycol is (b-1):(b-2)=0.5:99.5 to 60:40.
