  • Patent number: 11231142
Abstract: The present invention relates to a grease replacement method of replacing grease in a case (84) including a sealable gear chamber (31, 36) accommodating a gear (85) as a member to be lubricated, a grease injection port (61, 62) configured to inject grease into the gear chamber (31, 36), and a discharge port (32, 37) configured to discharge the grease in the gear chamber (31, 36), and a grease suction device to be used to perform this method. The grease replacement method includes a suction step (S2) of sucking the grease in the gear chamber (31, 36) from the grease injection port (61, 62) with the discharge port (32, 37) being open, and discharging the grease outside the case (84), and an injection step (S4) of injecting new grease into the grease injection port (61, 62) and supplying the new grease to the gear (85). This facilitates discharging of old grease.

  • Patent number: 7739940
Abstract: In a directional control valve device, a first passage connects a second port with a first port by using a part of a movement path of a moving valve element when the moving valve element is in a position of a first end. A second passage connects the second port with the third port by using an internal passage of the moving valve element when the moving valve element is in a second end. The moving valve element is provided with a first check valve for permitting a flow in the internal passage only in the direction from the third port to the second port. When a fluid pressure is applied to the third port, the fluid pressure presses the moving valve element toward the second end so that the first passage is closed, and the first check valve is opened to open the second passage.

  • Patent number: 6085604
Abstract: A method of determining the success or failure of the press fitting a workpiece into an object member having a contact end by a linearly-driven plunger is disclosed. In a predetermined stroke range RM of the plunger press fitting the workpiece, thrust information S1 and position information S2 are acquired. The position where the ratio of change of the thrust information S1 with respect to the position information S2 exceeds a predetermined value is detected as an almost press fit end position LLP. The success or failure of the press fitting work is determined according to whether the thrust information S1 is included in a predetermined range of a section from a predetermined determination start position LLH to a determination end position LLQ during the press fitting work. The determination end position LLQ is determined based on the almost press fit end position LLP.

  • Patent number: 4981384
Abstract: An applicator for applying various kinds of paint, liquid adhesives and the like to a surface in such a way that they are spread evenly and uniformly on the surface. The applicator possesses a cylindrical member which has an applicating liquid reservoir formed in it and a conduit to carry the applicating liquid from the outside into the applicating liquid reservoir, and internally apply pressure on a resilient closure which maintains a slit normally closed, such internal pressure causes the slit to open along its entire length when the internal pressure of the applicating liquid in the applicating liquid reservoir is more than a predetermined level. The cylindrical member is designed in such a way that the slit opens equally along its entire length.
