Abstract: A method, system, and computer readable medium are disclosed to receive inputs from a user, send the inputs to an analytical system, transform the inputs into conversation features, send the conversation features to a decision system that, based on control settings, transforms the conversation features into user feedback and/or conversation pivot decisions, in order to operate a network of bot agents to service a conversation with the user.
