    Abstract: An air valve with a SMA wire for switching is located in an air chamber in which at least two air holes are formed. The air valve comprises a base, an air piston, a driving component, and the SMA wire. The base is provided with two supporting blocks, and two conduction components near one of the two supporting blocks. The air piston determines a ventilation state of one of the two air holes. The air piston comprises a rod body on the two supporting blocks and with a first triggering part, and a spring sleeved on the rod body. The driving component is sleeved on the rod body and with a second triggering part matched with the first triggering part. The SMA wire is connected with the two conduction components and the driving component, and is turned by the supporting block opposite to the two conduction components.

    Abstract: An air valve comprises a casing, a valve body driving assembly and a valve body. The casing comprises a chamber, a vent hole, and at least one switching hole communicating with the chamber. The valve body driving assembly is disposed in the chamber, and comprises a pusher, a shape memory metal wire in a linkage relationship with the pusher, and two conductive members disposed in the casing and located at two ends of the shape memory metal wire respectively, the pusher travels a uniaxial displacement stroke due to a temporary change of the shape memory metal wire. The valve body is disposed in the chamber and faces the switching hole, when the pusher travels the uniaxial displacement stroke, the valve body is driven to rotate a central angle relative to the switching hole to change a ventilation state between the switching hole and the chamber.

    Abstract: A mattress with adjustable hardness comprises at least one resilience supplying module, at least one air bag module and a lining provided for the resilience supplying module and the air bag module to be placed therein. The lining is provided with a plurality of lattice-like units, each lattice-like unit defining a mounting space therein. The resilience supplying module is provided with a plurality of elastic bodies respectively provided in one of the mounting spaces. The air bag module is provided with a plurality of air bag units respectively provided in one of the mounting spaces. In this case, the air bag units may be inflated consistently, and the expanded volume of each of the air bag units after inflation may be limited to be uniform by the corresponding lattice-like unit. Thus, the problem of incapability of being kept evenness after inflation in the conventional practice is solved.

Each valve seat is connected to an air pump, and includes an inflation valve assembly, a deflation valve, and an air channel in communication with the air pump, the inflation valve assembly and the deflation valve. The intercommunicating valve is connected between the two valve seats to provide a disconnected state and a communicated state between the two valve seats. When the two air channels form the disconnected state, the two valve seats have a low-flow inflating state and a low-flow deflating state. When the two air channels form the communicated state, the two valve seats have a high-flow inflating state and a high-flow deflating state.

    Abstract: An air bag module of inflatable mattress is disclosed. The inflatable mattress is provided with a lining for the air bag module to be placed therein, and a resilience supplying module being placed in the lining and resting on the air bag module. The air bag module includes at least one air bag unit. The air bag unit is provided with an air distribution layer and a hardness adjustment layer connected with the air distribution layer while located between the air distribution layer and the resilience supplying module. In the air distribution layer, air is inputted into each distributing air bag equally via intercommunication of distributing air bags, such that air from the distributing air bags is consistently received by each supporting air bag of the hardness adjustment layer. Thus, the problem of uneven surface of bed due to non-uniform inflation in the conventional structure is solved.
