  • Patent number: 6199243
Abstract: A cleaning device for cleaning a screen plate used in a screen printing is disclosed. The cleaning device comprises a base structure which can be placed just below the screen plate. A press member, such as a cleaning blade or cleaning roller is carried on the base structure. The press member has a contact portion which contacts a lower surface of the screen plate to scrape off any foreign things from the lower surface when the base structure is moved in a direction parallel with a major surface of the screen plate. In some embodiments, a cleaning paper wet with a solvent is intimately put between the contact portion of the press member and the lower surface of the screen plate to promote the cleaning effect.

  • Patent number: 5640907
Abstract: A printer system for printing a given pattern on a base board includes a screen plate to be positioned above the base board. The screen plate has a perforated print pattern defined thereby. A printer proper is employed which includes an ink container chamber and an ink squeezing device. The ink squeezing device runs on the screen plate pressing the same against the base board while squeezing a given amount of viscous ink onto an upper surface of the screen plate. A cleaning device is employed for cleaning residual of ink left on a lower surface of the screen plate and an ink supplier is employed for feeding the ink container chamber of the printer proper with a fresh viscous ink when needed. An ink supplier is employed for feeding the printer device with a fresh viscous conductive ink when needed.

  • Patent number: 5590596
Abstract: A printer system prints a given pattern of viscous conductive ink on a base board with the aid of a screen plate. The system has a printer device which moves horizontally when carrying out printing. The printer device includes two spaced side walls. Two stationary parallel rails extend horizontally to respectively support, through the screen plate, the side walls of the printer device during the horizontal movement of the printer device. The screen plate is tightly placed on the rails. A supporting device is employed for stationarily supporting the base board under the screen plate.

  • Patent number: 5577875
Abstract: A transporter for carrying on a surface an object having a center of gravity, the transporter including a first arm having a longitudinal center line which is arranged to lift the object; a second arm operatively connected to the first arm at one end thereof; a wheel rotatably mounted to the second arm, the wheel having an axis of rotation, the first arm being disposed relative to the wheel so that the longitudinal center line of the first arm intersects the axis of the wheel; a sensor for sensing a variation of an inclination angle of the second arm relative to the surface; and a drive mechanism, connect to the sensor, for driving the first arm, the sensor controlling the drive mechanism such that the drive mechanism moves the first arm in response to the sensed variation of the inclination angle of the second arm relative to the surface so as to maintain the center of gravity of the object above the axis of the wheel regardless of the inclination of the second arm relative to the surface.

  • Patent number: 5303810
Abstract: A magazine rack and adjustment/transport system therefore includes a conveyer line for introducing magazine racks into a production process. As a new magazine rack is introduced to the line, a positional adjustment means is active to position the magazine rack on the conveyer. In addition, the alignment of the magazine rack on the conveyer may be adjusted and a present accommodating width or the magazine rack may be detected and compared with an accommodating width required by a process being carried out on the conveyer. If the detected accommodating width of the magazine rack is other than the required accommodating width, the rack may automatically be adjusted by an adjustment mechanism prior to being added to the conveyer or at a predetermined position on the conveyer.
