Abstract: A method for processing information in an electronic information system, which includes a database for saving the information produced by the users in a centralized manner, and a user-specific graphic user interface for presenting the information on least two different viewing sides and for retrieving information from the database and for recording it in the database by the user, in which method the information of the database is linked to at least two different viewing sides, a point of view to be associated with the information to be saved in the database is formed, which point of view specifies at least one characteristic of the creator of the information, the viewing side and the point of view are selected by the user, and the information of the selected viewing side is retrieved from the database and the information is filtered on the basis of the selected point of view.
