Abstract: A recessed lighting fixture with a device for quickly mounting or dismounting the lamp is disclosed. The device comprises an annular body having a front edge defining an aperture with dimensions generally greater than the diameter of the lamp. Flexible retaining members extend radially from the front edge at the aperture, suitable for holding the body at the lamp laterally. At least a pair of radial projections extend internally from the edge and define a span having a width generally smaller than the diameter of the lamp, such that the edge rests against the radial projections and is biased against them by the flexible retaining members.

Abstract: A bi-material, anti-dazzle raster for tubular light sources includes, for example, at least two side pieces and a plurality of transverse partitions that extend between the pieces. The side pieces are made of a relatively rigid and resistant material and the partitions are grouped into modular units. Each unit includes a selected number of partitions connected to one another by at least two generally parallel connection bars and to the side pieces by a snap fit. The modular units are formed of a selected plastic material using injection molding.

Along said frame, in a position corresponding to the periphery of said panel, there extends a seating (5) in which there is accommodated a tubular light source (6) or a light source distributed along the seating.

Abstract: A modular element for supporting light, sound and image sources (2) and realizing knock-down structures, the element comprising a box-shaped and substantially flat body (1) on which there are provided windows (3) arranged side by side and delimited by respective grooved edges (4) capable of forming seatings for each window with which there can engage a connection base (5) of said sources to be mounted within them.

Abstract: An orientation device applied to a lighting apparatus comprising a fixed support (1) to which is attached in a rotatable manner a mobile support (2) comprising a plate (3) and an ogive wall (4) to the inside of which a spotlight (5) with the relative light socket (6) is fixed. The rotatable connection (7) between the mobile support (2) and the fixed support (1) makes it possible to extract the first from the second. The fixed support (1) comprises an external ring (8) in which an internal ring (9) engages circumferentially in a sliding manner. To the internal ring (9) is fixed the end (11a) of a rack (11) which is curved in a circular arc and which meshes with a pinion (14) connected in a rotatable and frictioned manner to the mobile support (2). The extraction of the light is easily carried out from the outside without having to dismount the lamp or intervene on the locking means and, furthermore, can be motorised.

Abstract: A track lighting system including remote on-off control of the lighting element, carrier-current transmitter for transmitting carrier-current signals over power lines, a bipolar rail for the electric power connected to the signal transmitter, a lamp holder comprising a first section cooperating with the rail, an intermediate section housing, a receiver for receiving the carrier-current signals and connected to a power switch, and an end section for supporting a lighting element, and selecting apparatus housed in the intermediate section for adjusting the receiver so that the receiver is responsive only to one among a plurality of the carrier-current signals sent over the power lines through the bipolar rail. The selecting apparatus includes a comb connection associated with the receiver and a movable contact for selecting the one signal to which the receiver is to be responsive.

Abstract: An assembly with a lamp to be embedded, comprising: a member with annular development with a cylindrical wall and two flanges, one inside and the other outside suitable to place itself against the mouth of the embedding seat; in said member a housing suitable to receive with elastic yielding the lamp to be embedded; appendixes rising from said annular member towards the inside of the embedding seat, which engage spring type means for retaining said member within the embedding seat; and in the lamp a spherical surface that is received in said housing and allows the lamp orientation.

Abstract: A support assembly includes a plurality of linear supports each of which is formed of at least three longitudinal members juxtaposed in a predetermined substantially parallel relationship to one another networked together with brace means. At least two linear supports are connected by way of a set of curved connecting bars to give a shaped overall structure. In other aspects of the invention mounting brackets for use in connection with, for example, the inventive assembly are disclosed. One bracket is for mounting atop a triangular section while another bracket is substantially triangular at one end and extends laterally to a common support point distal to a substantially vertical supporting member.
