Abstract: Traditionally, counterweight fork type autonomous mobile robots (AMR) have been used for any kind of pallet. But the challenge is it occupies lot more maneuvering space while making turns, which cannot work in narrow operating zones. Hence fork over AMR is preferred. However, these fork over AMR have extended parts always touching the ground surface and thus are not suitable for pallets with a wooden plank at the bottom of the fork opening in the pallet. To overcome the above technical problems, an Adjustable Counterweight-based Fork Type Autonomous Mobile Robot (ACFTAMR) is provided that includes chassis assembly and vertical mast unit, a horizontal cross slide mechanism and forks. The chassis assembly is provided counterweight assembly and counterbalance shafts that move forward and backward during pickup and release of payload when the vertical mast unit moves in upward/downward direction, thus providing better stability and counterbalance to the ACFTAMR.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides an efficient system for cancelable biometric template protection which is not available in the conventional systems. Initially, the system receives a biometric template from a user. The biometric template is one of, a face image, a fingerprint, an iris image and a palmprint. Further, a vector embedding is computed based on the biometric template using a pretrained neural network. After computing the vector embedding, a key based permutation is computed based on the vector embedding and a permutation key. The permutation key is generated based on an Identification number (ID) associated with the user using a random number based key generation technique. Finally, a protected biometric template is generated by computing a permuted embedding corresponding to the biometric template based on the key based permutation using a plurality of fully connected layers pretrained using a weight based center triplet loss function.

Abstract: This relates generally to a method and a system for spatio-temporal polarization video analysis. The spatio-temporal polarization data is analyzed for a computer vision application such as object detection, image classification, image captioning, image reconstruction or image inpainting, face recognition and action recognition. Numerous classical and deep learning methods have been applied on polarimetric data for polarimetric imaging analysis, however, the available pre-trained models may not be directly suitable on polarization data, as polarimetric data is more complex. Further compared to analysis of the polarimetric images, a significant number of actions can be detected by polarimetric videos, hence analyzing polarimetric videos is more efficient. The disclosure is a spatio-temporal analysis of polarization video.

  • Publication number: 20230211447
Abstract: Rotary knifes/cutters play an important role in manufacturing of finished products. The rotary cutters tend to lose their cutting material over time. Hence to compensate, pressure applied by cylinder over rotary cutter needs to be changed. But this change in pressure needs to be optimum as too high pressure can lead to loss of material and too low pressure can stop cutting operation. Present application provides methods and systems for real time estimation of pressure change requirements for rotary cutters. The system first determines minimum and maximum usage limit for rotary cutter based on historical rotary cutter usage data and real-time pressure value using first trained model. The system, upon determining that minimum usage limit is reached, determines time for next pressure change based on physical parameters using second trained model. Thereafter, system compares estimated time with estimated maximum usage limit and displays notification to change pressure based on comparison.

Abstract: A method and system for finding vulnerabilities in a program using fuzzing have been provided. The disclosure provides a vulnerability detection framework using a language agnostic single fuzzer that can fuzz smart contracts written in different programming languages. The idea here is that a smart contract written in a high-level language is converted/compiled into an LLVM intermediate representation (LLVM IR) code and then perform the fuzzing on this LLVM IR code instead of fuzzing smart contract source code directly. The process of generating fuzz driver, report driver is automated by handling the standardization issue by carefully dividing the smart contracts into categories. The present disclosure is proposing processes of automation of fuzz or report driver generation. Further the language agnostic feature (done with intermediate representation) is also achieved. Further profiling is achieved which processes fuzzer output and generates meaningful data points.

Abstract: Existing Mueller Matrix polarization techniques that rely only on polarization properties are insufficient for accurate characterization of transparent objects. Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a method and system for Mueller Matrix polarimetric characterization of transparent object using optical properties along with the polarization properties to accurately characterize the transparent object. The polarization properties of are derived from a decomposed Mueller matrix element. Additionally, the method derives the optical properties by further subjecting the decomposed Mueller matrix element to Fresnel’s law-based analysis and a reverse Monte Carlo analysis to extract optical properties such as a material refractive index and a material attenuation index. Optical properties vary with changes in the material property caused due to several factors such as manufacturing defect, aberration, inclusion of an impurity such as bubble or dust etc.

Abstract: A system and method for predicting gut health of an individual using non-invasive technique has been provided. The system is making use of two types of pathways i.e. one which are beneficial to gut health and the second which are harmful to gut health. These two types of pathways are annotated in the genomes of gut bacteria. Best combinations of subsets of these pathways capable of distinguishing between gut commensals and pathogens are assigned as pathway biomarkers. The identified pathway biomarkers are then used to develop scheme for prediction of gut health status.

Abstract: This disclosure relates generally to predicting proficiency level of a person from resume. The proficiency levels obtained using state-of-the-art methods tends to overestimate proficiency. Moreover, the estimated proficiency levels do not satisfy several constraints that are considered key by subject matter experts. Embodiments of the present disclosure extract skills and other related information automatically from resume and capture skill related information in terms of a feature vector. A skill estimation function is learned to predict the proficiency level of the skill from the feature vector using any one of two models. A first model is learned using a constraint loss function to combine label information with domain specific constraints and a second model is learned using a clustering based technique. The disclosure predicts skill proficiency using only resume and can be used for predicting proficiency level of skills of employees from their resumes, for suitable job recommendations from job portal.
