  • Patent number: 11312848
Abstract: The present invention relates to a powder slush molded body of a polyvinyl chloride composition, the polyvinyl chloride composition containing a polyvinyl chloride, a plasticizer, and an acrylic polymer. The polyvinyl chloride composition contains the plasticizer in an amount of 110 parts by mass or more and 150 parts by mass or less with respect to 100 parts by mass of the polyvinyl chloride. When a cross section of the powder slush molded body extending in parallel with a thickness direction is observed under an optical microscope using reflected light, irregular scale-like polyvinyl chloride particles having a long diameter of 30 ?m or more and 500 ?m or less are continuous with one another via interfacial portions, and the number of aggregated particles of the acrylic polymer having a long diameter of 30 ?m or more and 100 ?m or less is 10 particles/mm2 or less.

  • Patent number: 9434096
Abstract: Provided are a decorative resin sheet that sufficiently brings together embossing property and embossment-retaining property, and a molded resin article on which an embossment excellent in design is formed and a method of manufacturing the molded resin article. The method of manufacturing a molded resin article includes the steps of: providing a resin sheet having a mold layer containing a polyolefin-based resin as a main component, followed by formation of an embossment on the resin sheet so that the embossment is formed on a surface of the mold layer; crosslinking the mold layer on which the embossment is formed so that a 100% modulus of the resin sheet at 200° C. becomes 0.
