Abstract: A polyvinyl chloride composition for powder molding includes 100 parts by mass of a polyvinyl chloride, 120 parts by mass or more and 200 parts by mass or less of a polyester-based plasticizer, and 4 parts by mass or more and 23 parts by mass or less of an acrylic polymer. The polyvinyl chloride has an average particle diameter of 50 ?m or more and 500 ?m or less and an average degree of polymerization of 1,700 or more. The acrylic polymer contains 40 mass % or more and 95 mass % or less of a constitutional unit derived from methyl (meth)acrylate, and 5 mass % or more and 60 mass % or less of a constitutional unit derived from at least one (meth)acrylic ester selected from the group consisting of a (meth)acrylic ester of an aliphatic alcohol having two or more carbon atoms and a (meth)acrylic ester of an aromatic alcohol.
