Abstract: A slot antenna for a portable wireless communication device hides the antenna, which is integrated with the portable wireless communication device. The slot antenna has good communication capabilities, and causes no additional electromagnetic interference to the portable wireless communication device. The slot antenna has multi-polarization capabilities, which can provide better communication functionality.

Abstract: An extended circuit of a HiFi KARAOKE VCR having a simultaneous singing and recording function, wherein an audio erasing head (AE head) on the KARAOKE VCR is used to erase the sound on a normal track of a HiFi KARAOKE program tape and then use the audio control head (A/C head) on the VCR to record the user's desired sound, also stereo, left (L), right (R) or normal sound may be chosen by using an audio select switch on the HiFi VCR. While a tape recorded plays, once the audio select switch selects a normal channel position, the sound recorded on the program tape and the original accompaniment sound of said program tape may be heard.

Abstract: Silicon containing copolymers are mixed with diazonaphthoquinone esters to give UV photoresists for use in microlithography on integrated circuits (IC). The copolymer structure has a thermally resistant group, N-(4-hydroxyphenyl)maleimide, and an oxygen plasma resistant group, para-trialkylsilylstyrene.

Abstract: A method of recovering and separating water-soluble cyclodextrins from cyclodextrin formation liquid, wherein the CD formation liquid or the CD liquid after separating .beta.-CD by concentrated precipitation method is mixed with .alpha.-amylase to hydrolyze dextrins to small oligosaccharides, then is concentrated and precipitated again to separate the remained .beta.-CD, after that, soluble .alpha.- and .gamma.-CD are recovered by using inclusion extraction method with organic solvent from the residual liquid.
