Abstract: A field attachable submersible pump cable connector assembly for an electrical connection in a well head, allowing for direct connector assembly to the ESP cable eliminating the cable to cable splice. The connector assembly permits the use of standard crimping pliers to crimp the ends of a heavy gauge multi-conductor cables typically used for electric submersible pump (ESP) cables to the power pin for connection to an electrical power source external to the well head. The connector assembly protects the crimped connection from contaminants and the corrosive environment within the well head.
